Product: pH Scan 2
Application: Aquarium
Comments: Mr Chung Pho from New South Wales, Australia, recently encountered minor calibration problems with his 2-year old Eutech pHScan2 pocket tester. (Now known as the pHTestr2.) Tim from our Australian distributor, Sitest, provided prompt service support and helped Mr Pho resolve the matter over the phone. Mr Pho considers Eutech products to be the best and the most reliable. He uses the handy pocket tester to check the pH level of his aquarium periodically. Said Mr Pho,"I have used other brands in the past and found that they're not as accurate as Eutech". Kudos to Tim and the Sitest team for their committed and efficient service!

Comment: The meter was calibrated 2 years ago. And during one of the service rounds, it was found that the tester still measured 4.1pH in a pH4 buffer and 7.0pH in a pH7 buffer before calibration, attesting to the fact that Eutech instruments are truly reliable! Belgium (19 August 2004)
