Wall Mount Differential pH/ORP Controller/Transmitter
The Alpha pH 2000D Controller/Transmitter and combination electrode system employs differential pH measurement technology. What’s unique about this system is the differential electrode, which uses a pH glass bulb in place of the conventional reference system, making it more resistant to contamination or fouling in harsh wastewater applications. Replaceable salt bridge and reference solution add lifespan to the electrode when junction clogs.
- Wide pH Range - Measures from -2.00 to 16.00 pH with two-decimal accuracy
- Dual Mode Operation - ORP mode measures in mV or % concentration, with independent calibration modes
- Master-Slave Operation - Control and measure pH and ORP simultaneously by placing two controllers side by side
- Flexible Mounting - Wall mount, pipe mount or panel mount options with compact design and universal 1.5” NPT mounting threads
The pH Differential Electrode:
- Cost-Effective Maintenance - Soiled salt bridge and buffer reference solution can easily be replaced at a fraction of the cost of a new combination electrode
- Built-in Temperature Compensation - Automatic temperature compensation with built-in temperature electrode
- Flexible Reference Standards - Use any buffer standard from 2 to 10 pH as a reference, ideal for applications requiring adjustable isopotential points
- Enhanced Signal Processing - Built-in electronic amplifier provides low impedance output, allowing analyzers to be located up to 3000 feet away
- Noise Reduction - Ground rod minimizes electrical interference from motors, pumps, transformers and ground currents
