For CyberScan Series 1100/2100/1500 Bench MetersFor customers of our CyberScan pH1100/2100 and CyberScan Series 1500 bench meters, we provide software that connects to the bench meter using an RS232 communications cable and can be used to control the meter from a PC. The software also provides Data Acquisition functions and allows data from the meter to be captured and stored for processing on a PC. This software is already included in the CDROM that ships with the meter. However, if you lose the CDROM or wish to upgrade your software, you can download the latest copy here. The latest version of our software is version V2.5.0. This latest version is a major upgrade and features the ability to view real-time plots while capturing data. For CyberScan Series 5000 Bench MetersDiscontinued. Please note that support for this legacy software is not available. For customers of our CyberScan Series 5000 bench meters, we provide software that connects to the bench meter using an RS232 communications cable and can be used to control the meter from a PC. The version available for download now is the second release of the CyberComm 5000, Version 1.0.0. This software is compatible with the CyberScan Series 5000 models: pH5000, pH5500, DO5000, PC5000, PC5500 and PCD5500. The software is compatible with Windows 95® and above. This software is already included in the CD-ROM that ships with the meter. However, if you lose the CD-ROM or wish to upgrade your software, you can download the latest copy here. CyberComm 5000 DAS UpgradeLatest version of the CyberComm 5000 will be promptly available on this site for the convenience of our CyberScan Series 5000 customers. Other features of the software are the ability to zoom in to certain areas of the graph, set the length of time to capture data, set meter settings like temperature units, pH and mV alarm limits, calibration reminders, resolution and many other parameters.
